This is my last Day on my first month it feels like i can do it this time
In order to not get confused with my months I think I'm going to start labeling my months with my days
Like this month is my first month so I'm going to label it Day 1M-28
Tomorrows post will be Day 2M-01
I only lost 8 pound my first month. I'll continue to eat my plan menu see where it gets me next month :)
