Today officially I start back on my Diet, spending lots of resources to make this happen but I will stick to the plan. Last night was my last day to eat out, So I did eat out!
My plan is to only eat out once I hit a 10 pound weight loss mark. I hope this plans works. Yesterday I went to HEB to get ready for my planned menu. Fruits, Veggies, Milk...
So far for breakfast I followed the menu, for lunch I also followed the menu, the hardest part will be once I get home and feel I want to eat more than what they have planned for me to eat.
If I really want to loose the weight I am going to have to stick to the plan.
Weigh In today was brutal, It hit me how easily it is to gain weight so fast, Still to the day I am certain I don't process food like a normal person should, also eating bad helps you gain weight too.. hahaha
For dinner I had a little bit of beans not in the planned menu. Left on the menu is popcorn and 2 tb almonds
All in all it was a successful day one.
I've been having the same issue with wanting to eat more than planned at night. It's an every night struggle.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been doing as well as planned with the yoga challenge this year because we're down to one vehicle right now, which SUCKS.

I know what you mean, It sucks when you got to share a car, you are not free to go when you are ready to go, you have to wait for the other person before you head out the door. That in itself will make you eat more, I was in that boat all of last month. Hang in there be strong!!
