Day M1-06 & 07

Forgot to post something yesterday cause feeling under the weather with the flu.

I'm still on my planned menu.

Weigh in is tomorrow. Wish me luck

I know I lost some weight. I can't wait to be out of the 300's. It's been since 2010 since I was in the 200's. That's 2 years of struggling to get back in the 200's. It all comes to one thing and that one thing is FOOD the less you eat. The more weight you will ultimately loose.

Either in march I will start some walking as exercise or April it's still undecided
