Day M1-14
Looks like I'm getting there. Not quite used to eating less but I'm trying to be good. I need to hide the scale cause weighing in between weeks is causing me to get discourage.
Yes hide that scale!! I weigh myself daily and it's addicting. Not only is it sometimes discouraging, but other times when it's not, I think I can eat this because I've already lost this much weight this week. Causing myself to cheat myself. It's just another bad habit I can't seem to get out of.
