Day M1-12

WoW 2 more days on my planned menu and it will be 2 weeks. I Wonder how much I lost this week!

Hard to believe if I hadn't done nothing 2 weeks ago I would of still been 334 or even bigger!

Glad I was able to get help fast
It's costing me a pretty penny but it's all worth it Especially right now I know I couldn't of lost weight on my own.

I tried everything. Hired a trainer. And that didn't work cause the problem was I kept eating bad. So all that hard workout was for nothing. And those workouts were hard.

I can dwel on the past. I got to keep looking forward and concentrate on this new weight loss method.

Im staying away negative people. I'm eating right. I'm exercising on the weekends. I'M IN CONTROL!
